Simple 3-Step Process

1. Contact Us
Fill our Return Form or email support@hellohouseofcardinal.com with:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if defective)

2. Get Your Label
We email a prepaid return label within 48 hours.

3. Receive Refund
Processed to original payment in 3-5 business days after we receive it.

Eligibility

✅ Eligible for return:

  • Within 14 days of delivery
  • Clean & functional (test it, just don’t abuse it)
  • Original packaging preferred but not required
  • Any reason – changed mind, wrong size, anything

❌ Not eligible:

  • Unworn underwear/hygiene items (tags must be attached)
  • After 14 days
  • Used with damage caused by misuse

  • Processing time: Allow 7-10 days total (shipping + refund)

  • Original shipping: Non-refundable (standard policy)

  • Return: Customer pays return shipping
